There were 1400 applications, and we are one of only 65 companies that were chosen to be finalists.
This is a 5-month Business Accelerator which provides mentorship with a strategic company in our field of Gastroenterology and Bariatric Surgery.
In addition, for early-stage startups we will be provided with Regulatory and Manufacturing advice as well as introductions to multiple investment opportunities from investors that are associated with Angel Groups, VC’s and Strategic companies.

Mayo Clinic Department of Gastroenterology has been selected for a video presentation at the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy's Digestive Disease Week 2021. The presentation will provide an in-depth view of the animal studies that were completed using the Trans Abdominal Surgical System (TAGSS). This video demonstrates one of the many applications that TAGSS will enable for physicians.

The American Gastroenterological Association will be hosting a Virtual Tech Summit April 29-30, 2021. The purpose of this summit is to assist physicians in discovering the latest innovations and technologies, advancing GI patient care, introducing concepts to the market, and meeting thought leaders driving change. Endo-TAGSS is excited to be one of five companies selected to participate in the shark tank competition during this event.
